By submitting any music, audio recording, artwork, biography, photographs, videos, or other promotional material to MEXO FM — through our website, email, submission forms, social media, messaging services, or cloud storage links — the artist automatically accepts these terms in full, with the same force and effect as a signed contract. No signature is required. If you do not agree, do not submit material to MEXO FM.
Submitting music grants MEXO FM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to stream and broadcast it, include it in podcasts and playlists, use it in promotional campaigns and advertising excerpts, feature it on official social media, use it at MEXO FM events and interviews, and archive or reuse it in future MEXO FM programming — all without any obligation to pay royalties, licence fees, or airplay fees.
MEXO FM will only publish, stream, or promote submitted music through its official platforms (website, stream, apps, podcasts, and verified social channels). MEXO FM will not sell, sublicense, or distribute submitted music to third parties for commercial exploitation without the artist's prior written consent, except where required by law or to operate MEXO FM's own official services. Ownership and copyright of submitted material remain with the artist at all times.
MEXO FM is a music-promotion platform. Airplay and promotion are offered solely as promotional opportunities — MEXO FM does not pay royalties, airplay fees, licensing fees, broadcast fees, promotional fees, or performance fees. The artist waives any claim to compensation arising solely from authorised promotional use under this agreement.
By submitting, the artist confirms they have read and understood these terms, own or have authority to submit the material, grant the licence described above, and understand MEXO FM will not pay royalties or distribute the music commercially through third parties without consent. No physical or electronic signature is required — submission itself constitutes full acceptance.
